You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase items from No Duff UK or Hell Bess in the UK. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to buy alcohol in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or request ID verification if we suspect a customer is underage.

3. Orders and Contract

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A contract is only formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.

3.2 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraudulent activity or supply issues.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We deliver within the UK using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Delays

5.3 Failed Delivery

If a delivery is refused or no one is available to receive the parcel, re-delivery may incur additional fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

We comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery costs).

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos where possible.

  • We do not accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is defective.

No Duff UK CIC Complaints Policy

1. Purpose

No Duff UK CIC is committed to providing a professional, respectful and effective service to all service users, volunteers, partners, supporters and members of the public.

We recognise that, from time to time, concerns or complaints may arise. This policy explains how complaints can be raised, investigated and resolved fairly, promptly and confidentially.

7. Vexatious or Abusive Complaints
