If you are supplying your own driver please note that we cannot accept those who have any convictions for drink / drug driving offences nor can we accept those who have penalty points. (This is a condition from our insurers)
In order for us to carry out licence checks we require copies of your driving licence, you will need to prove that you have the correct driving licence (D1) no driving convictions, you can this by clicking on this link https://www.gov.uk/browse/driving/driving-licences
Due to administration costs, late cancelations, vehicles being left without the correct level of fuel, damage, left untidy we now ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 when booking. Please also note that without exception All Organisations will pay the deposit on booking. To many times we have booked service users in and either they have not turned up, cancelled their trip we simply can not continue in this manner as th minibus could be used for others.
All drivers are responsible for any fines such as Road Traffic Offences e.g Speeding, tolls, parking, ulez or other whilst you have the vehicle. Should we receive any notification of any offence an admin charge of £50 will be charged to the to the hirer, no exceptions.
Strictly, No smoking, No Drinking Alcohol. The vehicle must be returned to NDUK HQ in the condition it left, all rubbish, debris, must be removed from the vehicle prior to its return. Failing to do this the hirer will be charged £100.00 with this being added to the invoice so that the minibus can get professionally cleaned.
NDUK staff will carry out vehicle checks prior to its collection, however it is the drivers responsibility to ensure they carry out their own checks (a check sheet will be provided inside the vehicle).
ALL drivers must complete the driver logbook provided.
We reserve the right refuse the use of the minibus. The vehicles will not be used for conveyance to and from the following Hen and Stag Parties, Political Movements, and Public Demonstrations.
No Duff UK are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen whilst the vehicle is in your charge. Any items that are left in the vehicle we will endeavour to locate the owner and return the property.
All vehicles are fully comprehensive insured and are covered for breakdown both in the UK and Europe. All vehicles have first aid kits, breakdown equipment (Hi Viz, Warning Triangle etc)
If there any faults please inform staff at No Duff UK (noduffinfo@gmail.com) and we will endeavour to rectify asap. If we find that there is damage, there will be further charges to cover labour and parts.
By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing to act as the single point of contact whilst the vehicle is in your charge.
